CCIC at Colorado ProStart Student Invitational 2025

What an incredible showing for our CCIC ProStart teams at the Colorado ProStart Student Invitational 2025!

👨‍🍳 Our Culinary Team (Lucas Braunstein, Natalia LeDoux, Jayvin Lam, Yonaton Heyman) placed 6th out of 23 teams with their creative menu and excellent teamwork!

💼 The Management Team (Santiago Ortiz La Pena Uriquiza, Jacob Schnieder, River Sailers, and Aniyah Salaz) secured 7th place out of 13, presenting an innovative restaurant concept.

🥇 Dimitry Schilling earned 1st place in the inaugural charcuterie competition with a show-stopping board that wowed the judges!

🏅 Cloud Saydee was named CCIC ProStart Student of the Year for their outstanding contributions as the Colorado ProStart Foundation Intern, representing our Hospitality Leadership Experience program with pride.

🙌 Hospitality Management students also stepped up behind the scenes, helping to run the event and gaining real-world industry experience.
